On July 25th, the cooling of the AI boom and the strengthening of the Bank of Japan's interest rate hike expectations, the Nikkei 225 index closed down 3.28% today, closing below 38,000 points for the first time since April 26th, falling for the seventh consecutive day, setting a record for the longest losing streak since October 2021.
