US stocks close: Nasdaq falls 3.6%, Tesla falls 12%

On July 25th, the U.S. stock market closed on Wednesday, with the Dow initially closing down 1.2% or 500 points, the S & P 500 index fell 2.3%, and the Nasdaq index fell 3.6%, setting new lows since mid-June. Tesla (TSLA. O) fell more than 12%, NVIDIA (NVDA. O) fell 6.8%, and Apple (AAPL. O) fell 2.8%. The Nasdaq China Golden Dragon index fell 1.9%, while Li Auto (LI. O) and XPeng Motors (XPEV. N) both fell more than 4%.
