Hashdex submits S1 file for index ETFs of Bitcoin and Ethereum

Hashdex has filed an S1 for its bitcoin and ether ETFs to establish an index-based cryptocurrency ETF. The fund will own bitcoin and ether but may hold more assets later depending on regulatory environments.
