On July 24th, Spectra (formerly APWine), a revenue agreement, said that "Spectra application and termination of router contracts have been disabled to contain coordinated attacks on its users' interaction with the application. This attack affected some users' deposits and withdrawals in the application. The situation is currently under control, the core protocol contract is not affected, and internal funds are safe.
