7月24日消息，拜登自7月17日以来首次公开露面，这也是他退出总统竞选后首次公开露面。现场中拜登并未回应记者关于大选和身体状况的相关提问。此前消息，拜登表示将于美东时间周三晚上8点（北京时间周四早上8点）发表全国讲话。
