O) rose 1.23% after Biden announced his withdrawal from the U.S. presidential race; chip stocks strengthened, NVIDIA (NVDA. O) rose 1.9%, Arm (ARM. O) rose 1%, and Supermicro Computer (SMCI. O) rose 0.95%.
