Payment platform Mercuryo has announced that its cryptocurrency access solution has been integrated into the People's Bank of Indonesia (BRI) and Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI). The company's access solution has also enabled the Indonesian Quick Response Code Standard (QRIS), Indonesia's cashless payment system and e-wallet provider Ovo.
According to Mercuryo, the new integration will allow local users to exchange Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for 40 different digital tokens, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT.
