Wang Yi Meets with the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France

On the morning of April 1st, Wang Yi, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with French Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs Serne in Beijing. This is Serranne's first visit to China since taking office as French Foreign Minister in January this year. This year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France and the China France Cultural Tourism Year. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, China looks forward to in-depth exchanges with France on China France relations, China Europe relations, and international and regional issues of common concern, in order to continue the good dialogue momentum between the two sides and promote more achievements in China France cooperation.
