1、Dastanbek Samatov：Substrate EVM 适配器
2、Tuguldur Baigalmaa：XCM Tools 后续产品；
3、Sporyon Technologies：Dotnix；
4、C Forge：Typechain Polkadot 改进和更新；
5、KodaDot：AssetHub NFT 索引器（M2）；
6、Cyborg Network：赋能去中心化边缘网络；
7、Massa Labs：子共识机制。
