7月19日讯，《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》审议通过。今天，中共中央介绍解读三中全会精神。《决定》强调要完善民营企业参与国家重大项目建设长效机制，支持有能力的民营企业牵头承担国家重大技术攻关任务，规范涉民营企业行政检查。法治是最好的营商环境，要制定出台民营企业促进法。
