According to Snapshot, Arbitrum initiated a proposal for its Jumpstart fund, hoping to give the DAO the power to define key issues, eliminate the cumbersome proposal process, and directly fund early-stage projects, with a single grant of no more than $50,000. The current proposal opposition rate is 87.93%.
