Alpha Vault is currently oversubscribed with deposits of $11 million, and users can still deposit and withdraw money until about an hour before launch, according to Sanctum, a Solana ecosystem liquidity pledge protocol. Sanctum (CLOUD) will be released at 23:00 on July 18.
