According to ChainCatcher, Base and BNB Chain's token launch platform Buve Protocol plan to acquire Solana-based Meme token launch platform pump.fun at a valuation of $50 million and integrate its channel into the Burve LOL Meme token launch system.
Developed by Burve Labs, Burve Protocol includes a customized and modular HODL launch mode, a LOL token one-click launch mode suitable for Meme, a LOL/HODL token-based lending protocol, and DEX. Its trading volume has exceeded $30 million and it has received Base Grant rewards.
