Meta said in a statement that they will release a multi-modal Llama model in the coming months, but it will not be released in the European Union due to the unpredictability of the European regulatory environments. Meta plans to adopt the new Multi-modality model in a variety of products including smartphones and Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses, which can reason between video, audio, images and text.
