Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) lawyer Ekene Iheanacho expressed surprise at the absence of medical staff. Mordi asked the court to issue an arrest warrant for the doctor and send Gambaryan to the hospital for immediate medical diagnosis, citing his client's severe back pain and deteriorating health.
