7月17日，韩国检方正在申请逮捕一名涉嫌操纵加密货币市场的嫌疑人，此人名为“Jonbur Kim”或“HODL Kim”。首尔南部地区检察厅联合加密犯罪调查部门已提交对HODL Kim的预审逮捕令申请。他涉嫌贿赂Coinone交易所的员工，以将该交易所的POD代币上市，随后操纵其市场价格，导致超过200亿韩元（约合1450万美元）被盗。
