7月17日讯，据知情人士透露，俄罗斯计划进一步削减原油产量，以弥补今年和明年温暖季节超过欧佩克+配额的产量。知情人士说，由于技术原因，莫斯科方面的额外减产措施最有可能在夏季和初秋实施。自从与欧佩克开始合作以来，俄罗斯一直表示，由于其油田的地质和气候条件，它无法在深秋和冬季大幅减产。知情人士说，预计额外的限制措施将在西西伯利亚油田实施，那里的产量可以受到监管。
