随着美联储官员的言论巩固了人们对美国9月份降息的预期，投资者纷纷涌向黄金这一避险资产，现货黄金刷新历史新高。道明证券大宗商品策略主管Bart Melek表示：“现在美联储在9月份降息的可能性达到了100%，美联储主席鲍威尔昨天的言论正在推动黄金市场上涨。”Blue Line Futures首席投资策略师Phillip Streible也表示，“我们将（在年内）看到两次降息，一次在9月，一次在12月，因为对9月降息的预期已经上升到100%。”
