Aave community initiates "aAMPL Temporary Allocation" ARFC proposal

According to the snapshot governance page, the Aave community has initiated an "aAMPL Temporary Allocation" ARFC proposal, proposing approval for the temporary allocation of 300000 stablecoins from the Aave Collector to allow AAMPL suppliers to withdraw some funds from Aave v2 Ethereum. In addition, the proposal will include technological updates to AMPL reserves to better settle this allocation.
