Franklin Bi, general partner of Pantera Capital, said on the X platform that Pantera Capital resumed our participation in on-chain governance activities starting today, first joining Arbitrum's DAO (and will soon join other DAOs). On-chain governance is an important part of maintaining, scaling and advancing the on-chain ecosystem. Franklin Bi pointed out that in 2018, Pantera Capital led a seed round of financing for Arbitrum's core developer and contributor, Offchain Labs.
