Pantera Capital普通合伙人Franklin Bi在X平台表示，Pantera Capital从今天开始恢复我们参与链上治理的活动，首先加入Arbitrum的DAO（并且很快还会加入其他DAO）。链上治理是维护、扩展和推进链上生态系统的重要组成部分。Franklin Bi指出，2018年，Pantera Capital领投了对Arbitrum的核心开发者和贡献者Offchain Labs的种子轮融资。
