香港证监会发布《2023年资产及财富管理活动调查》，其中显示香港第9类（即提供资产管理）的持牌机构数目稳步上升了12%至2024年6月的2,161家。此外开放式基金型公司的强劲增长势头延续，在香港注册成立的证监会认可基金表现强劲，净资金流入于2024年首季继续向好，录得330亿元（42亿美元），延续去年大幅反弹93%至870亿元（111亿美元）的势头。
