RGB ++ protocol upgrade to RGB ++ Layer

On July 14th, according to the Twitter message of the author of the RGB ++ protocol, RGB ++ will be upgraded to RGB ++ Layer, extending the bridgeless cross-chain function and smart contract function to all UTXO chains. In addition, RGB ++ browser and DeFi infrastructure based on RGB ++ Layer will also be launched soon.
