7月13日消息，FTX债权人Sunil于X平台发文表示，7月12日一份文件显示FTX与美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）达成了和解，CFTC的40亿美元索赔将排在所有债权人和利息之后。支付给CFTC的款项将进入补充返还基金，用于补偿受到严重损害的加密货币持有者。
