Tether CEO：USDT应被视为数字美元

Tether首席执行官Paolo Ardoino在X平台发文称，稳定币USDT是Tether于2014年开发了一项技术，如今已被许多人使用并被多个政府采用，USDT被全世界数亿人使用，尤其是在新兴经济体，因此它不在仅仅是“加密货币（crypto）”，应被视为数字美元（digital dollar）。真正的创新是，通过USDT，Tether为生活在极端通货膨胀国家且银行业服务不足的所有人口建立了一个支票/储蓄账户，为金融业带来制衡。
