Blur: The correct amount of BLAST airdrop tokens and 20% compensation have been sent to 34 incorrectly marked addresses

Blur previously stated that some users were incorrectly marked as unenforceable bids and loans in the detection script, so they did not receive BLAST tokens in the Blast airdrop. The relevant script has been fixed, 34 addresses were affected by the wrong marking and recalculated their airdrops. The correct airdrop amount and 20% compensation have been sent to the affected addresses to cover the loss caused by the delay (a total of 17 million BLAST).
