7月12日消息，周五，荷兰一家法院拒绝释放因洗钱罪被判刑的Tornado Cash开发者Alexey Pertsev，目前他正准备上诉。荷兰斯海尔托亨博斯上诉法院的一名发言人透露，Pertsev将继续被拘留。他的辩护律师Keith Cheng和Judith de Boer辩称，Pertsev不会潜逃，并且他需要上网以准备上诉审判。
Pertsev于2022年8月被捕，就在美国财政部对Tornado Cash实施制裁后的几天内。他被拘留，检察官在三个月后披露了他洗钱的指控。Pertsev在入狱八个月后被释放接受软禁，去年他最终在特定条件下被释放。现在，他的律师辩称Pertsev潜逃的风险不会比以前更大。
