The five institutions will jointly invest about 60 billion yuan in Dalian Xindameng Commercial Management Co., Ltd., holding a total of 60% of the shares, with Dalian Wanda Commercial Management holding 40%. According to insiders, the two parties to the investment agreement signed this time did not establish a betting clause, nor did they clearly agree on the listing time.
