知情人士：万达引入600亿投资未设立对赌协议

3月30日讯，3月30日，万达商管集团与5家投资机构签署投资协议，上述5家机构将联合向大连新达盟商业管理有限公司投资约600亿元，合计持股60%，大连万达商管持股40%。对此，知情人士透露，此次签署投资协议双方未设立对赌条款，也没有明确约定上市时间。
