In an official blog post, the EOS Web Foundation said that Spring 1.0 and Savanna consensus algorithms will be the most important upgrades to EOS since the launch of the network. To ensure a smooth rollout and secure transition, the EOS Web Foundation is updating the release time and community testing guidelines. The stable version is scheduled for September 4, 2024, and the hard fork or consensus upgrade is scheduled for September 25, 2024.
