Herv é Fran ç ois, former head of digital assets at Digital Bank ING, announced on LinkedIn that he has joined alternative investment giant Investcorp and plans to lead its first blockchain fund. It is reported that the fund is led by Investcorp's Abu Dhabi office, independent of and complementary to Investcorp Technology Partners, whose investment strategy focuses on mid to low end market technology opportunities. Currently, a spokesperson for Investcorp has not immediately responded to a request for comment on this matter.
