OdETH 越南黑客马拉松将通过全球极客运动平台 DoraHacks.io 进行匿名 MACI 投票。DoraHacks 匿名 MACI（aMACI）允许 MACI 投票用户任意更换投票密钥，当用户更换投票密钥后，管理员无法获知用户更换新的密钥，使得 MACI 可以逐步实现无条件匿名。
aMACI 实现了以太坊社区“通过 ElGamal 重随机函数实现匿名 MACI”的方案，是一种不依赖于多方安全计算的匿名 MACI 实现方案。
本次 ETH 越南黑客马拉松投票轮次是匿名 MACI 投票技术首次在中大型加密活动中的使用。正式投票将于 3 月 17 号下午开启，投票注册 3 月 14 日 12:00 开启。
