万科A：2024年上半年预计净亏损70亿元–90亿元

7月9日讯，万科A公告，预计2024年上半年净亏损70亿至90亿元，同比下降171%至191%。扣除非经常性损益后的净亏损为50亿至65亿元，同比下降157%至175%。主要原因包括房地产开发项目结算规模和毛利率显著下降、部分项目计提减值、非主业财务投资亏损及大宗资产交易和股权交易价格低于账面值。公司已制定业务重整和化解风险的“一揽子方案”，并取得积极进展。
