7月9日消息，Scroll 于 X 宣布推出 Level Up with Scroll，该平台允许开发者申请生态 grant，并通过一系列初学者友好的挑战学习 Solidity 等技能。
最初 Scroll grant 计划将提供两种不同的 Track：
Starter Track：每个项目最高 10,000 美元；
Launch Track：每个项目最高 10 万美元。
申请现已开放，截止日期为 2024 年 8 月 8 日 8：00。
