Riot Platforms Inc. has presented a comprehensive plan to improve Bitfarms Ltd. and launched a website detailing the strategy. As part of its efforts to acquire Bitfarms, Riot has called an extraordinary shareholders meeting to nominate three new directors: John Delaney, Amy Freedman and Ralph Goehring. The proposal includes the removal of current chairperson Nicolas Bonta and directors Andrés Finkielsztain and Fanny Philip, who was recently appointed following the resignation of co-founder Emiliano Grodzki. Riot stressed the need for a new perspective to drive the growth and strategic direction of Bitfarms.
