"German government" wallet address transfers another 5,200 BTC

Arkham data shows that 13 minutes ago, the wallet address marked "German government" on the chain transferred 900 BTC to Coinbase, 1400 BTC to Bitstamp, 2,000 BTC to unknown addresses, and 900 BTC to Kraken, for a total of 5,200 BTC (about $296 million).
