"German government" wallet address transfers another 1,900 BTC

Arkham data shows that 18 minutes ago, the wallet address marked "German government" on the chain transferred 200 BTC to Kraken, 700 BTC to Flow Traders, 600 BTC to Coinbase, and 400 BTC to Bitstamp, for a total of 1,900 BTC. In addition, the "German government" wallet also transferred 400 BTC to unknown addresses starting with bc1qu3 and 700 BTC to unknown addresses starting with 139PoP.
