Celo: Dango, the L2 testnet built on the OP Stack, is now live

The Celo Foundation has launched Dango, Celo's L2 testnet, a key step for core contributor cLabs to bring an EVM-compatible blockchain to Ethereum. First proposed during EthCC 2023, the plan is to fork the Alfajores testnet to Dango, allowing ecosystem developers to begin transitioning their projects to the latest version of the blockchain built for the real world, with the aim of enabling fast, low-cost payments.
