7月5日消息，代币分发协议 Layer3 基金会公布代币 L3 经济模型，L3 的总供应量为 3,333,333,333 枚：51% （16.9 亿枚 L3）预留给社区；25.3%（8.43 亿枚 L3）分配给核心贡献者；23.2%（7.73 亿枚 L3）分配给顾问；0.5%（1600 万枚 L3）分配给顾问。
其中，TGE 时的初始空投为总供应量的 7.5%，2 亿枚 L3 (6%) 分配给早期用户和 S1 参与者，5000 万枚 (1.5%) 分配给 S2 参与者。早期用户和 S1 参与者的分配是 S2 参与者的 4 倍，早期用户和 S1 快照拍摄于 2024 年 5 月 10 日，S2 快照将于 7 月 22 日拍摄。
