易事特：股票交易将被实施其他风险警示 股票简称变更为“ST易事特”

7月5日讯，7月5日，易事特公告，公司及相关责任人收到中国证监会出具的《行政处罚及市场禁入事先告知书》。因公司2017年至2021年年度报告存在虚假记载，股票交易将被实施其他风险警示。公司股票自2024年7月8日开市起停牌1天，自2024年7月9日开市起复牌；公司股票自2024年7月9日起被实施“其他风险警示”，股票简称由“易事特”变更为“ST易事特”。
