7月5日消息，Arkham数据显示，多个政府持有大量比特币，按当前市场价格计算，总计约178亿美元。美国政府持有最大的比特币份额，其持有的比特币价值估计为120亿美元，英国政府持有价值约33亿美元的比特币，德国持有的比特币价值约22亿美元，萨尔瓦多有3.14亿美元的比特币国库，该国于2021年成为第一个采用比特币作为法定货币的国家。
