欧盟新法规要求加密交易所遵守旅行规则指南，并从12月30日起加强反洗钱措施

7月5日消息，欧洲银行管理局(EBA)采取重要举措加强反洗钱(AML)措施，宣布将旅行规则指南扩展至加密服务提供商及其中介机构。自12月30日起，在欧盟(EU)运营的加密货币交易所将受法规(EU)2023/1113（旅行规则指南）的约束，该法规要求报告资金和加密资产转移的信息。一旦法规生效，支付服务提供商（PSP）、中介PSP、CASP和中介CASP将获得两个月的缓冲期来声明遵守新的要求。一些一般规定包括收集用户信息以转移资金或加密资产，确定交易是否与购买服务有关以及检测看似相关的转移。
