Mt. Gox announced that on July 5, 2024, the reorganization trustee made repayment to some of the reorganization creditors in the form of Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) through partially designated cryptocurrency exchanges and other channels in accordance with the Reorganization Plan. Once the following conditions are met, repayment will be made immediately to other rehabilitation creditors:
(I) Confirmation of the validity of the registered account and other matters;
(Ii) the intention to subscribe to the Proxy Receipt Agreement through designated cryptocurrency exchanges and other channels;
(Iii) the conclusion of discussions on repayment between the rehabilitation trustee and the designated cryptocurrency exchange, among other channels;
(Iv) Confirm that repayment can proceed safely. Please wait a moment for eligible creditors.
