Mt. Gox发布公告称，2024年7月5日，重整受托人根据《重整计划》，通过部分指定加密货币交易所等途径，向部分重整债权人以比特币和比特币现金(BCH)的形式进行了偿还。一旦满足以下条件，将立即向其他康复债权人进行偿还：
（i）确认注册账户的有效性及其他事项；
（ii）指定加密货币交易所等途径接受《代理收据协议》的订阅意向；
（iii）康复受托人与指定加密货币交易所等途径之间关于偿还事宜的讨论完成；
（iv）确认偿还能够安全进行。请符合条件的债权人稍作等待。
