7月4日讯，深圳多家商业银行已要求，个人住房按揭贷款需在主体封顶后才能放款。有大行人士对记者表示，相关要求已明确，将于明日开始实行。某深圳地产公司相关人士也向记者表示，“刚刚收到银行消息，深圳银行的按揭放款需要在主体封顶后才能放明天开始执行。”
