以太坊第2层网络zkSync的开发商Matter Labs于6月26日否认了“内幕铸币”的说法，声称根据官方标准，所有Libertas Omnibus NFT的铸币者都有资格。此前，区块链研究员soEasy于6月17日发布了一篇X帖子，指责该团队将Libertas Omnibus NFT分发给没有资格接收的团队朋友。SoEasy还声称，这些“内部铸币”允许内部人员在不满足空投标准的情况下铸造ZK代币。
Matter Labs一名代表表示，“用户可以通过多种方式铸造Libertas Omnibus NFT”。一组符合条件的用户由与排名前100位的zkSyncNFT进行过互动的人组成，而另一组则由“访问过我们的展位或桌子的活动参与者（并且）能够扫描一次性二维码来铸造NFT。”
