7月4日消息，尼日利亚证券交易委员会 (SEC) 要求该国虚拟资产服务提供商 (VASP) 必须在尼日利亚境内设立办事处才有资格参与其框架计划。 SEC称，这些机构实体必须在尼日利亚注册成立并设有办事处，才有资格参加加速监管孵化计划 (ARIP)，且首席执行官或董事总经理必须居住在尼日利亚。申请人必须从事投资和证券业务，并正在寻求注册或正在向美国证券交易委员会提交与虚拟资产相关的申请。
