Binance US issued a statement on Monday via social media platform X regarding the court ruling in the SEC lawsuit. The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia issued an order on Friday allowing the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) lawsuit against Binance US to proceed.
Binance US said that we are ready for this and look forward to the case moving forward in the judicial process. It is worth noting that the SEC has not found any evidence of wrongdoing by Binance US during the extensive 11-month investigation it has participated in so far.
