Shanghai Stock Exchange: Syngenta withdraws its application for issuance and listing

On March 29th, the Shanghai Stock Exchange reported that due to the withdrawal of the application for issuance and listing by Syngenta Group Co., Ltd. and its sponsors, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 63 of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Issuance and Listing Review Rules, this exchange has terminated its issuance and listing review.
