7月3日消息，Blast发布第二阶段用户指南，Blast基金会将于7月8日启动第二阶段。与第1阶段类似，第2阶段也分为Blast Points和Blast Gold两个部分，并已为第二阶段奖励分配了100亿BLAST。第2阶段的主要目的是支持移动Dapp的开发，并激励用户通过Blast应用程序使用这些Dapp。
